Chamonix - Mont-Blanc 4807m - La Mer de Glace est l'un des site important de la vallée de Chamonix. C'est le glacier le plus grand de France ( 7 km de long et 200 m d'épaisseur). En hiver, des milliers de skieurs la descendent jusqu'à la Gare du Montenvers après avoir fait la célèbre "Vallée Blanche".
