I am so glad to see so many comments on this house! The photographs of it are gorgeous! I became acquainted with it due to its being featured in a few books dealing with novelty architecture (especially in S.CA). I remember in the mid-1980's it appeared in the newspaper via the AP with a short story of its history, though the threat then was that it was for sale and could possibly be demolished. Fortunatly, intervention prevented this. Can anyone reveal more in regard to this?
