Hey Marilyn, that tower was build in the 13th and 14th century. But the first time it was mention in the history was in 1120 ! Veurne is one of the oldes citys of belgium.

Hey Inessa, thank you for all your nice comments about my pictures. There are many bells and all together it is a carillon. Almost each sunday, the carilloneur plays nice melodies fort the entire city.
