1975 Series 3, 88" short wheelbase Landrover, sporting its original 2286cc diesel engine. I find it easy to get into and to get out of. Its top speed on the motorway is comfortable at 55 mph and consumption is about 30 mpg. All in all, a delight for the older person to drive, slow and reliable. I love it!!!.

Looks great but, very bumpy and shaky to travel in.

I like it as I can enter and leave it with ease.

Kind regards.

It looks in very good condition, I've toyed with the idea of getting one and adapting it to hand controls, I think I'll need an automatic of some sort. I'm a landrover nut and owned a Freelander for yrs. L & F

Thanks for the visit and the pleasant comments. I adapted this one myself and while there is plenty of space, its not an easy conversion. It's with a gearbox specialist at the moment for a box re-build...should have it back at the weekend. I also have a Forester. Great car, but, it almost drives its self Good, but, totally uninteresting.

Kind thanks for the L & F
