Love it! The sign on the front is great.

Diane MP on May 10, 2012

I thought that was kind of funny, looks like an old Chevron station sign.

Yet the photo of this rusty treasure electrifies me - better not to imagine what would happen - if I would find that - in real ...! :-)

I like your photo very much! :-)

Have a beautiful Friday! :-)

What a treasure!, The use of chicken? I ask for the badge on the windscreen, this is very typical on farms do that, well at least I remember as a child.

Hi Andreas and Gato. This might be a Ford, I'm not sure, but if I had some ambition I would do research! This farm has a lot of old cars and farm equipment, but I did not dare trespass through the gate! If I was a real photographer I would march up to their door (fighting off the dogs) and ask to take pictures! This car just happens to be parked beside the highway instead of behind the fence. :D

Hi Diane. It is sad to see how this car is waiting to be found.L

Diane MP on May 15, 2012

Hello MG! Well, it actually was found - the people who live here collect lots of things like this. Behind it there is an old truck I would love to photograph!

Probably charge you money to take close-to me happened in the Sahara with a camel, came the Tuareg and charged me $ 10 to make the photo bug, amazing...

Diane MP on May 19, 2012

That was an expensive shot! Did the photo turn out well?

Gato Land on May 26, 2012

It was quite vulgar, shot at a time of low light without flash, I was very angry with the situation so that went terribly wrong. Things never turn out well enforced.

what a history may have this car?? L

have a nice day Diane

I don't even know the manufacturer, but maybe a Ford or Packard. 1930s era, perhaps. But, we need a vintage-car expert to identify it! The metal piece used to protect the front/interior is, I believe, a Chevron Oil sign from an old gas station of the same era as the car. This property has several old cars and farm equipment, obviously he is a collector.
