Am I right in assuming this is the Cutty Sark, now it has been refurbished ?

If it is, I think you should do a series as it is a popular attraction for those who can get there but very interesting photos would be ideal for those who can't!

Best wishes. Gordon

Hi Gordon; yes, it is the Cutty Sark which has been renovated extremely well. At first I thought they had made a frightful mess of it, but upon looking further, it is very cleverly done. The place is always swarming with tourists so one can't get any good shots at all unless you are there first thing in the morning when she is in bad shaddow from surrounding buildings or you are forced to shoot into the sun. Well worth a visit for anyone, especially with all the other goings on in the immediate vacinity.

Well KC, Iam going to be watching this space hoping you can get more pics up as I think they would be unique, so keep trying, and keep clicking!

Best wishes. Gordon

Hi Isabella. Thanks for the kind comment. This is the best shot I could get given the circumstances of light, shadow and sun.

Tall ships certainly are a magnet for cameras... Nice work!

This is the world famous Cutty Sark. They have just extensively refurbished her and set her in her own floating glass sea way. She's well worth a visit. She's impossible to photograph though, as you need to be there first thing in the morning when no tourists are around which means you get a nightmare shadow,or later during the day with no shadow but hordes of tourists.
