The International Court of justice has ruled that all Israeli Settlements in West Bank and East Jerusalem are illegal. This photo is in West Bank not Israel.
Tritkarlos... Who cares what the The International Court of Justice rules. It is nothing but a political body and regardless of its rulings has no power to enforce them. Rightfully or wrongfully, the facts on the ground determine "Legal" ownership ... he who has either the majority of voters or (sadly) militarily controls the land is the defacto ruler be it Russia or China or Israel.
