This is a replacement for the string factory photo I had posted first. I decided I like this one better! At one time it was the largest musical string factory in the world!

Hello Marilyin, interesting photo, beautiful light! Do you know the name of the string factory? For many years I am a musician and play the guitar in a Rockband, perhaps I used the products of the company already? Greetings, Guenter from Germany

Thanks, Guenter, for your comment. The company made "Black Diamond" and "Bell" strings. Eventually the company was bought by a company that specialized in percussion, and their string production became less important.

Thanks, Inessa. I enjoy learning when I'm taking photographs and sometimes afterwards, when I try to learn more about them. I'm glad that some others enjoy that, too!

Greetings, Marilyn
