That is fun ! did not know that there was a brother water fountain, i do know the Hohenschwangau one, but not the Lucern one :)

I also didn't know that. But what's interesting, when I started to look for information about these both fountains I found that there are much more brothers - the whole family! And originally the Gooseman is from Nurnberg. I even found the picture of him in panoramio, but when I visited Nurnberg I didn't notice him

Yes, Mario, it is undoubtedly interesting to face up with something familiar in new place. Now I have twins horses (Napoli - SPb) and looking for Goose family in different cities.

Андрей, давайте всех гусей в одну стаю, загружайте из Нюрнберга! Я, когда там была, каким-то образом его не заметила, хотя вокруг точно ходила, даже специально пересмотрела свои "запасы". Пока, заинтересовавшись историей гусей, нашла на просторах панорамио из Веймара, из Майнингена. В той статье про Нюрнбергских гусей (я на нее выше ссылку давала) перечислены еще несколько городов, но почему-то нигде в интернете гуси в этих городах не упоминаются.

Hi Elena, ja, das stimmt, die sind identisch. Ist wohl so ein Baukastenprinzip, dass die Brunnenbauer sich etwaige Figuren dazu aussuchen können und dann vor Ort kombinieren. Danek für den freundlichen KOmmentar. Grüße nach Petersburg UG
