The title should have Saint Lucia and not St. Vincent. Very interesting photo as I presume it was taken during the 1970s as it shows the wharf still under construction at bottom right and Pointe Seraphine prior to reclamation and development at centre.

Who ever posted this photo,put the wrong name,this a photo of Castries port,it looks like it was taken in the late 70s.
