Dis likkle fella has a headache right now! He flew into our window at the usual breakneck (oh, sorry didn't mean that) speed!

I picked him up and kept his muscles warm until he came around. It doesn't always end happily.....

There has to be a remedy to prevent these window accidents Jethro , if you love them as you say you'd find a solution to the "twice a week on average" problem. You mention the survivors but there is a death toll here too ( "shame about the American goldfinch") so obviously the sticky backed hawks idea fails miserably.
