Thats a fabulous scene, so English.. or at least what the TV portrays as English... and the sheep on cue for the shot too... Neat work!, Cheers from the colonies :)

Cheers Lex, that sheep may look right on cue but believe me I had to wait ages for it to graze it's way there and be the right way round. You're right though this is about as English as it gets.

kind regards, Sam :o)

And a nice walk that is too Ian , the far end of this dale offers the better view and is one of my favourite places to sit and do nothing but enjoy the scenery. Cheers for the visit and comment mate.

best wishes, Sam :o)

I had a quick look at this picture yesterday..Sam.I'm sure that sheep has moved. This is Yorkshire at its best, and yes it's a place you can sit and watch the world go by, as long as you have your camera in your hand..Big Like..Regards Richard

The beauty of being up there Richard is that very little of the world does go by. On a busy day there may be a tractor or two, some sheep, a few rabbits, an occasional curlew and/or lapwings. Yes as you say Yorkshire at her best :o)

Many thanks, I'm pleased you called in ( twice) and enjoyed the view.

best wishes, Sam
