The "stairway to heaven" isn't classy but it sure has great shadows. :)
It's not in the slightest bit classy Margot, but I think they have some nice artwork on the inside. Glad you liked the shadows - that was what attracted me in the first place. :))
There is definitely a link between this one and the laddered fishnet stockings Clive. Another superbly witty comment from you! I love these sorts of plays on words:
Maybe a sult, being the opposite of insult, could mean a compliment. If so, then many thanks for he sult. :))
Greetings to Beara from Tananger, Amelia
A treat of diagonals!
thanks Bonnie wee Lass and my apologies for my silence recently, giant PC shut down - needs repair so am using wee laptop with much difficulty, catch up in a week or so
Good morning Bonnie Lad, let's hope your giant PC gets repaired soon. You've not long had it have you?
I'm delighted that you approve of the diagonals, and hope you liked the shadows as well.
Ca canny noo, Amelia
Yup! and the reflections in yon wee windaes!
Giant PC still on holiday, wee laptop has taken over, but!
Sad to inform you the Norway holiday is again a No, No - foot has degraded somewhat ::(((
Interesting photo , i like it !!! LIKE Thanasis
The Swedish colours come over loud and clear (So much better than that red bow) :)))) xxx
Thank you Thanasis. This is the back of an art gallery.
Dear Nick, did you read Clive's comment? I'm sure it will appeal to your sense of humour!
Surely you can't mean this red bow. I thought you now loved all things red! ;-)
Yes I had enjoyed Clive's comments above dear LGM, but got a bit up tight at the thought of the suspenders and being led up the ladders and so on ~~~
Girdle up your loin cloth Nick, think liberty bodices instead, and enjoy this weekend of blanket coverage sport!
The final (in)sult was when Monty Don said that Gardener's World was 'off' for the next 4 weeks because of sporting events! What sporting events could possibly be more important that gardening? ;-)
I ask you - 22 overpaid people kicking a ball about on a green field ... we've seen it all before!
This cheapskate method of showing repeats is unworthy of my licence fee!
Ah my bosom friend a wonderful suggestion then if interest in the concentrated sport begins to flag, some synchronised swimming or volley ball can reinvigorate the masses ~ Maybe Monty Don will be taking up Pole Vaulting for the duration ~~~
Neil and Clive.
I feel feint at the thought of Monty doing pole vaulting, but I'm enjoying your rapier wit. Touché!
