Hi HazMat!

Wonderful macro! Of a blow of magic wand, I transform this star black, which composes the center of this flower, into yellow star.

Hi David - Glad that I can be a source of cheap entertainment which to extent is part of the purpose with sharing photos. This actually did not start out as a "macro" but is a crop from a photo of a flower arrangement sent to a friend of mine that she ask if I could take a photo for her. When I opened it up in full resolution on the computer this was staring me in the face and turned the light bulb on.

You'll have to post a copy of your rendition and interpretation of this one as I would be interested in seeing your handy work.

I play with photoshop mainly for color balance and lighting corrections and have never really dove off into all of the other cool things that can be done with it.

Thanks again for enjoying something that I have posted and have fun with them!

Hi HazMat!

For the photographs which are on Panoramio, I is useful itself of photoshop like you, I modify just framing and contrast. If not, I use photoshop for my work, to make scenes photorealists or assemblies photographs. They are very good tools but one needs U little time before taking it in hand. Myself, I maitrise not all parameters.

David.
