Lovely, Peter - I never knew you had travelled so extensively in SA! This is an amazing place - we haven't been there but know about it from articles and local travel info.

The Rain Queen (Modjadji) is a very revered figure amongst her people. There was an extremely interesting programme on our local TV about her, some years ago.

Thank you for your info and visit, Peter - much appreciated!

Warm greetings, Hazel

By the way, Peter - I never said it in the comment above: this is a lovely photo with great composition and it captures the essence of the dusty but sub-tropical atmosphere and the ancient trees, so well.

To me, this is South Africa "as she you find her"!! Great shot!

Cheers, H

Hello Peter,

You have some wonderful photos in your portfolio and I would very much like to make use of some of them in a local South African travel magazine which has been launched on the Apple Newsstand entitled Travel in South Africa.

Please contact me urgently on
