I once saw a travel poster of Delicate Arch with the full moon framed inside it, and determined that I would get the same shot. I'm now not certain if the original shot was able to be done without manipulation of the print. This is the best that I could manage.
hey, i thought you were envious ;) and now i see you've been to my favorite of all the national parks :D great shot! i tried the same thing last time there and got a decent, but very dark shot with a full moon coming up to the left of the arch, then my camera broke! the good thing: it forced me to upgrade to better resolution camera :) cheers, brian
Thanks, Brian. I wish that I had put up a better copy of this shot, but I was working from a negative that's about 7 or 8 years old. I ought to scan it again, and put up the cleaned up one.
