The light doesn't always go where you want it to so you just have to shoot it where it lands :o)
Sunshine and showers Sam,take what you can, when you can. It looks like you had the storm we ran into earlier,we were on the A174 Parkway,it was horrendous, down to 30mph but still one or two clowns went flying past.
PS i see there are some white plastic covered thingies in there, but because of where they are it doesn't matter,i don't think so anyway.
I'll be honest Neil of the 2 shots this one is actually my favourite and given that I only took it for that patch of light actually turned out to be a lovely composition and view when seen fully opened. What I call a happy accident ! Yes the plastic is sadly a blight but then so are the telegraph poles etc , time moves on and we just have to accept what is in view sadly.
Many thanks !
I think the bales in this shot are acceptable Sam,its not like they are in the middle of a field spoiling a good shot. As for the poles, well as we know thats how it is on the moors, sometimes you can get rid of them, sometimes they are best left.
The ground looks pretty boggy had your share of rain I think, I don't mind the bales the plastic covered round ones not as nice as the old oblong ones but that's the modern way. Nice patch of sunlight as you say.
Ye, the composition is excellent. Lovely view and again lots to see. ysl. Best wishes, Andy
Yes Ian it had just been chucking it down ( the reason for my earlier run to the car) on top of what was already a very wet moor.
I must admit I did like to see the old oblong bales, they were very easy on the eye no matter how they were stacked unlike these plastic wrapped offensive looking things which now for some stupid reason are wrapped in such a light colour they stand out from miles away in the landscape:o( .
Glad you like the view mate , cheers !
Cheers Andy, happy to share this with you.
