Sorry, I did not see the movie at first. Interesting. Even the wood adds flavour to the meat. I really looks very tasty.

Yummy is a great discription of it! I had the Pork ribs and the lean cut sliced Beef Brisket, potato salid, pinto beans, and col-slaw. Also a large glass of iced Tea. It was a good day. :-))

They probably use dry ice, that stuff goes for days. The shipping would kick in though for your location. You could probably buy a hind quarter of beef for what you would have to pay. :-)

Could just order the sause and make your own. :-D
