I love this photo.....typical alpine lake nestled between towering lodgepole pines with a nice reflection of the clouds in the still water. Very photogenic.
I was up in the Uintas last Saturday and the day started out clear with some nice clouds early but by 11:30am the thunderbumpers started growing large and dark and by noon the rain began. Good thing about it was the bugs seem to have run their course, virtually none save a pesky horsefly that met his doom. I'm going to head up there again this Friday and do an over nighter. Perhaps there will be a time when we can do some hiking and photography. Keep those nice photos coming!
