Yes, 7 years Charles Hilton has been trying to get his house finished. I have been taking photos of it for 6 of those years. His sister is Patricia Tolbert who owns the Ramada Inn Resort in Ft. Walton Beach. Hopefully someday we'll see it finished. The designer was an apprentice to Frank Lloyd Wright...Mr. Hilton told me that much when I met him on the site one day. This house is solid concrete.
