Thank you Jeff. It is great to be out enjoying winter blue skies and the colour of summer pastures going to seed, for the yellow complements the blue.

Cheers from Brisbane,

Ian

Greetings from Brisbane, Gary. The skies are perfectly blue, but there's a touch of Tassie in the air. Been a pretty cool start to winter up this way. I am pleased that this landscape appeals to you.

Regards,

Ian

Simple but so effective - Great result Di

I am pleased that you like it, Berend. I was delighting in the clear blue sky that day, so using a pond to reflect the blue sky seemed a good way to celebrate the beauty.

Hi Di. Thanks for the appreciative feedback. The range in the background has a lot of grandeur about it when one is up close, but from this distance I needed the water to create the image.

Wonderful surrealistic view Ian. Maybe Dalí would have put some melty clocks right there... Warmest wishes, Ed

Belated thanks, Edmundo. I like the way your "eye speaks".

This particular area is a favourite area of mine for the Main Range in the background is quite spectacular in parts and the landscapes on either side of the range are very different from one another; as if painted by two different artists: Slavador Dali and Tom Roberts.

Thanks for your visit and comments addpage. I was using a polarising filter on a particularly clear morning.

Greetings from south Queensland,

Ian
