With all due respect, I must note that the title of this nice photo is totally misleading. The pictured site is not in Karelia, the church and other buildings are not from Karelia either. Overall, there is no connection with Karelia whatsoever, apart from the fact that wooden architecture in the Russian North was looking somewhat similar in Karelia, Vologda and Arkhangelsk regions.
But actually there is a simple reason for you mislabelling the photo: you misunderstood the name of the place translating it from Russian. In fact, the name of this museum is "Malye Korely", which, though phonetically resembling the name "Karelia", does not have anything to do with the latter.
Danke fuer Ihre Erklaerung! Ich kenne den zusammenhang, habe aber bei Einstellung des Bildes nur Woertlich uebersetzt! Ich war auch schon auf der Insel Kishi in Karelien!
You should also correct the coordinates to 5000ft to the NW.
