I love castles but this one looks a bit ominous :S. Does someone live there???

Yes it is a private residence, owned by the family of the Duke of Portland. It overlooks a beautiful village. I was there to test my latest camera and the light wasn't very good. I shall go back another time.

I would love to live in a 'small home' like that! It does look a bit spooky though. Greetings!

The camera is new to me but it isn't new: I got it on Ebay. I am thinking of selling all three cameras and getting a really new one. :)

Maybe I'll go back and get a night shot when there is a full moon, just to frighten Crystal and Lillimi! :0

ooh, you're nasty ;-) And who said I'm scared?? I'd probably be the first to enter a 'haunted' castle... Waiting for the full moon picture!

Bothal's just a gentle castle. We have castles more scary than that! Wait until after my next trip out!
