A platter of buffet food at an Aussie barbecue. The grilled meat is beef steak, chicken and sausage. The pink items are fresh apple dressed with beetroot juice. The green stuff at the top is cabbage with crisp Chinese noodles. The central item is diced roast potato with a covering of a cooked tomato, onion and piri-piri sauce mixture - Portuguese style. At the bottom is another potato with a mayonnaise dressing. The yellow item is a chunk of fresh pineapple.
