Tower Building at the Little Rock Arsenal. The building and grounds are now known as McArthur Park.

General Douglas McArthur was born in one of the upstairs rooms of this building on January 26, 1880 while his parents were briefly stationed here.

This building now houses a museum, the grounds are well manicured and there is a small lake on the south side of the property.

I snapped the photo while attending the 2007 International Tree Climbing Championship that was held at the park.
