Greetings Vratsagirl, Just beautiful. You had a very nice stretch for good picture taking. Everything is so soft looking with beautiful greens and reds. Very nice job.

Very nice!!.Nikos from Greece
thanks everyone for the kind words
Beautiful colours and good composition.
Such a view in the middle of January - it looks like the Spring has arrived in Ireland or probably that is a normal situation there, regarding the warm ocean currents from the Gulf of Mexico. (I was curious how G9 behaves in such a scene, to see the evolution to G12 - I also like vivid colors, but many don't). Nevertheless the photo is lovely. ** /Greetings, Eugene
hi, Eugine, I also like the vivid colours of the G9- a really wonderful camera. unfortunatelly mine fell and broke. I want to get a new one now and I was debating which one to choose G12 or any one in between. which one do you have?
No doubt G12 is the right choice - most likely as G11 (very little in price difference), + slightly improved, but NOT the G10 (there 14Mp sensor is a BAD(noise) implementation) - all is perfect in G12 - the sensor is 10Mp and the quality of the analog signal is much better than G10, after that and the digital results. If You need same result in little smaller package (more compact), then Canon S95 is the choice -it has the same sensor, faster optics (f2.0-4.9 aperture)+full manual control+slightly cheaper. /Eugene
I just had a look at the G12 and S95, I have to say they both look intriguing. Looking for something compact they both can do the trick, well
