To celebrate 21 years since the gardens discovery Cornish sculptor James Eddy was invited to interpret the essence of the gardens and estate in the form of a sculpture. With the design brief "Growth and Decay" James created Heligan's new Charcoal Sculpture. We reckon, however, he'd been at the scrumpy 'cos we just didn't get it!!!
