How DID you do that?

I know what the wheel is but how did it get so colourful? 75 second exposure is nice and steady.

thanks for the comments they lit it up for xmas with lasers that's why you get the weird strobe effect. it takes about 240 sec's to rotate fully , the photo geek in me timed it, problem is you have to wait up to 40 minutes between rotations no fun on a cold winters night, how we suffer for our art !!!!!
