Thanks Marilyn; I took it from the balcony of the hospital room of Restlé Gran'Ma (she is OK now). I saw the Black Forest mountains , Schwarzwald in German, in the horizon behind the brick tower of Colmar Station, I had a thought to Bartowian and all our German friends on Panoramio. Special greetings from Alsace for all of them A.

What a nice view, Annick! Colmar must be a beautiful town. I have never been there although it's not very far from here. Maybe one day I'll go there. Greetings, Anne

Hi Roland and Anne, thanks for link to Schwarzwald, I beleive you Roland. yes Anne, Colmar is a very cute town that you can visit walking from morning to night. Unterlinden museum is splendid with the "Issenheim retable" of Mathis Grünenwald, and small villages around Colmar are fantastic too (and wine ... !)

... depends on Gran'Ma condition! but, of course, why not... We didn't plan anything yet. She went back home but is tired and has to undergo new explorations soon; if possible, we may organize a panoramio meeting . Friendly Annick
