Hans, the only way to get to this pub is by boat. There is a ferry that comes across from Nanaimo Harbour every hour. I like to arrive in my kayak - wet pants and all.

I pass by here quite often, as I plunk the kayak into the water just across from Newcastle Island when I go for a quick paddle.
