Dear Yan! It seems to me, that it is fine and very kind idea, to show the old photos. Thanks! Eva

Actually I love this one so much, Eva. My first two children painted or drew or scrapbooked one folio page in their albums every day as we travelled and we made time for that. It really was a wonderful family time, and these two children have since valued the experience so much. David was 5, and his drawing of the goat and children is excellent. We still have these precious folios of their art. They still do art in very different forms. Robyn, the elder of the two is a superb scrap-booker today, and this year's calendar is one of her masterpieces done for her mother for Christmas. David draws, designs and builds model aircraft as well as flying the real things. And he has a special art collection from Africa.

You are meeting some of my family, including Margaret, 30 years ago!

With love to you from all of us.

Yan

Again thanks, Ian, for sharing this. Some day I shall hunt out slides of the Scandinavia trip we made with my parents when our boys were 6 and 8. We were supposed to go a year earlier but my mother fell and injured her back shortly before our departure date. If we'd gone then, our David would also have been 5. How fascinating it was to see the world through their eyes! (I think they played on every available cannon in all four Scandinavian countries!)

Dear Yan! Thanks for the story about your family. I very much appreciate all your stories and most of all I love the story about your grandmother has arrived to Australia. I have some children's photos, but I did not dare to place them in Panoramio! Now I shall try to prepare for display them to my friends. The best regards to you and all your native! Eva

Dear Marilyn and Eva,

I am so pleased that I have stimulated you both to go seeking out your slides, especially those that go back into the days of childhood. Your Panoramio friends will delight in them I am sure, I know I will.

Appreciatively and expectantly,

Ian
