these were about 12 inch diameter, but impossible to extract to home. This area of coast also boasts marine reptile remains, not that I was that lucky ;)

Shame, a friend dug a huge Ammonite up on their farm 3 foot across (must get a picture) which I covet but its way too heavy to steal!
Durdle door area in Dorset has more Jurassic rocks including a fossil forest.

Thanks Amelia. I was hoping for some reptile bones, but fate wasn't kind that day. There are several miles of fossiliferous beds along this coast from Hinckley Head to Watchet to scour though.
