Yessss, that's good news Angelika, we usually do not think there is much talk of Patagonia in other parts of the world!!! The city is called San Carlos de Bariloche, even the construction style of old houses is very similar to the construction of the Alps!!! I hope someday you can come to know for themselves, is a truly wonderful region!!!
Best wishes and good and good weekend for you too, Toto

Hi dear friends João Paulo and Səməd!!!
In 1934, Patagonia and the Andean region were deserted and pristine. This year, with the creation of the Nahuel Huapi National Park, it was decided to build an international hotel company to develop the tourism potential of the area, as well as create populations and communications. The architect Alejandro Bustillo chose the area of Puerto Pañuelo to build the hotel, as well as its magnificence and beauty of the landscape, this area had port. It was opened on January 9, 1938, Canadian-style built with trunks of cypress and larch roof tiles. On October 26, 1939 a fire completely destroyed the building, reopened on December 15, 1940. Since then drew members of the aristocracy, officialdom and diplomatic and other distinguished guests, until 1978, when was closed for 15 years, keeping their spirit intact. The hotel reopened its doors in July 1993... until today continues to maintain its overwhelming beauty!!!
Thank you very much for visite, kind words and LIKE´s!!!
Friendly greetings from Patagonia Argentina, Toto
