These are condos, the Blue Diamond, and the Green Diamond. When I lived in the "Diamonds" as they are referred to, they were at the time the worlds talles beach front condos. I lived in the blue for a year, then purchased a unit in the green, where I stayed for 2 wonderful years. Beyonce's mom lived in the green at the time. The names come from the color of the decorative "diamond" on the top of each structure.
