The geology and the geomorphology impressed me more here than did the wildlife, but the landscape certainly provides a wonderful sanctuary for creatures such as these.

Our end of the world has a completely different range of plant and animal species, so it isn't hard to show you so many different and wonderful things. Seals and sea lions abound around the southern coasts of NZ.
