A night-time view of Vancouver, taken from a tour boat. One of my more popular photos suffering from 'unauthorised use'!
Wow, an impressive skyline and a nice picture too
Thanks. Vancouver is a great city, this was taken at the end of a very pleasant boat trip around the harbour.
Vancouver never looked so good!
Thanks. This is one of my own favourites - the boat was actually moving at the time.
Another thought on your Vancouver shot from the boat. I've been to Vancouver on business several times. I think you should contact one of the Vancouver post card companies and offer to license your photo to them. You can tell them that a U.S. traveler from Denver said he has never seen such a great night shot of the city. I have a post card sitting on my bookshelf of Vancouver left over from a trip. The name of the company on the back is "Natural Colour Productions. New Westminster, BC." You can tell them, I would definitely have bought one! There are many people today who buy post cards not to send but to keep, and yours is defintely a keeper. Could become a best seller for them. Good luck!
Thanks for the tip - I'll give it a go and let you know how I get on.
wow, what a photo - great!!!
Thanks, glad you like it.
Great shot of one of my favourite cities!
Thanks, it's another of my own favourites and was my desktop for a while.
Thanks for the comment.
Stunning is the first word that come into my head...added you to my favourites....Quality!!
Thanks Denny! I think this was the first image that I put on Panoramio and opening myself up for criticism. It's one of my own favourites and there's a selective colour version of it here
Gorgeous shot with nice reflections!
Thanks T NL. I think I was lucky that there was still some colour in the sky, we came back into the harbour just as the sun was setting. I guess that's why they call it a sunset cruise!
it`s best place on Earth
suas fotos são maravilhosas !
