BEAUTIFUL! I love the way his tail is flying in the wind and the water beneath his paws splashing. He is smelling something in the air that's caught his attention. Beautiful shot.

Thank you both again Victor and MaryAlice He sighted the Seagulls all sitting down a little further up the beach and it looked like he was "pointing". He then took of at great speed to see if he could catch them. When he couldn't, he just turned around as if to say, "I was only playing....I didn't really want to catch any"

Thank you again Jacques he is a very pretty dog. He kept going swimming time and time again. I got quite frightened at one stage as he kept swimming out but his owner said he always does that and would come back in a while, and he did.

Hi Steandeb I know what you mean, I get all paniciky when my boys go into the water. I'm frightened of them attracting any sharks. I usually let them have a plodge at the beach and that's it. They can swim in the dam (a large pond) if they want. It was funny the other day though. I threw Spencer's ball out a little too far in the pond and he went to get it. It was the first time he'd been in water where he couldn't touch the bottom and he panicked a bit and that set me off. We were busy getting our shoes off when Oliver, the oldest but smallest of our dogs went in and brought Spencer back to the shore by his ear! I sat down and cried! It was so touching and scary at the same time. Oliver was barking at Spencer (like he was telling him off) and kept himself between Spencer and the water for the rest of the walk. Needless to say, no more dams for Spencer! I've heard of dogs saving children, but not other dogs! It was lovely!
