We were relaxing by the lake when these intrepid guys came along on horseback. They asked us for directions back down to the valley and we were little use (except to warn them off the route we had ascended as too steep and craggy for horses). This was the last we saw of them and I hope they made it down safely.

They were almost too fast but you were faster. Great result, classic theme, paintinglike mood.

Thank you David my Yorkshire friend.... this is a little out of the way for this Yorkshireman too, up amongst all these hills and horses.

Sixten - they were trudging over the hills looking for an easy way down in very steep terrain! Rather them than me.

Many thanks chaps and best wishes from home in Raleigh, North Carolina - Jethro

Like a scene from an old Cowboy Film. The mountains in the background seem to go on for ever.

Did you play Cowboys and Indians in Yorkshire!

All the best Peter

COURSE we did Peter - didn't you in the black county?

This was great especially to watch them struggling over the rocky terrain and then looking for a viable way down. They are somewhere between a four wheel drive and MAN!

We can get wherever we want. Its amazing!

PS.... the mountain DO go on forever its very depressing.

Yes we played in the Black Hills of Brum!

You are too young for this Jethro but the two horses, with a couple of changes in Photoshop, could be Diablo and Loco, now that's showing my age.

All the best Peter
