According to a postal-card version of this slide, this view is dated 1969.
Almost everything has changed compared to today. The buildings on the left have been replaced by the new town hall (Nuevo Ayuntamiento). On the far corner of the parc, there's now a police station. And the 'gardens' themselves have now become a kind of walkway towards the town hall. It's now called "Plaza de España".
Click on the picture to see some nostalgic details, like the petrol station on the far right and the old cars on Avda. Condes de San Isidro.
