Trust us to come on vacation to beloved Durango just when the THE major US cycle race is taking place.
Its great fun, but we may NOT be able to get to the airport for bikes and team cars!
It seems you always take your good ole Raleigh with you wherever you may go. And really managed to fly that weekend.
I am more of a Dawes man myself Sixten even though I live in Raleigh NC!
The history of Raleigh in the link you sent (and in fact of Dawes too) is most depressing.
A bit like our weather at present.
Best wishes from the land of bikes (Raleigh) - Jethro
I'm feeling much more confident on my bike lately, and hopefully might remove the stabilisers quite soon.
Good for you Peter mate.
Look out Bradley Wiggins!
Give me a Raleigh-Davidson anyday...
Hmmmm, you guys wanna look out, there's a Optima Cougar just looking to hunt you down and bend you right outa shape!!
I enjoy pedalling around on my chosen mode of transport see here
Happy Heavy Breathin' !!!!
That is crazy Mike (the Cougar that is) I don't have that sort of money to put down for summat like that!
Now that black model, that looks more like it!
Cheers y'all - Jethro
Mmmmm, that is correct Jethro, I call it CRAZY BECAUSE i HAD TO RAISE OVER FOUR GRAND TO GET IT, PLUS IT USED TO 'WOBBLE' BEFORE i TINKERED WITH THE STEERING! iT IS A 'COUGAR!
The other one is a trifle expensive but it is probably space age material and lickety split on the road/track....gimme the black one, like an armchair on wheels! (Electric assist motor in front hub gets a good eleven miles on flat roads ..... I need to find a mate who lives eleven miles from me and will let me recharge battery!
Keep on pushin'!
