Hi Keyvan, I'm very glad you noticed this one!

Two days ago at night I was passing by this location, and I thought it should be a very nice moment to capture this view with the illuminated building. At the time of photography I really was not alone: there was also a big eagle-owl (Bubo bubo) in the tower of this building, making its magic call sounds. Also there was a little animal (perhaps a muskrat) swimming around and breaking the still water. Therefore I had to wait for some time until the water became still enough for taking the pictures :) Best regards, Timo

you have to wait till the water is frozen (is it possible?) then you can go on ice near to the building and take your photo but not this year. I want to see snow in Helsinki! ;) what about your church-project?

Thanx, Mohammed and Keyvan! We have now had some minus degrees and some snow for four days. However, the ice is still too weak here for walking. I tried once to photograph the church tower nearby in its interesting lighting but the result was not good enough. I am still waiting for the ideal weather conditions to come, like most of the time :)) BR, Timo
