After communism

By entering the Tirana at least someone put on a smile on your face. That was Edi Rama. Since he became the Mayor in the year 2000. He proceeded into city painting. Not the kind painting that we expect from our politicians but literally, painting the town. Edi Rama has ordered to go into the revival of the city's facade. So today, when you enter the city, you have the impression that you are entering in the kindergarten or the circus. How else to explain that the facade of the building is not one or two colors, but colorful. Green, yellow, blue, red, purple, green, balconies in cubes, this is what the city still adorned architecture. The city was closed, the state was closed, everything was gray and kind of "no tomorrow" once said Edi Rama. Otherwise, current Mayor is an artist and not just because of the general idea was really a painter. He held exhibitions of Albania, Europe to South America. Happy, like most Albanians, that his country's solved madness of paranoid Enver Hoxha, who violently beat down most of the country at least three hundred years ago.
