Though this is not my photo I spent 12 months in this exact local San Fabian, I can say the beach is populated with shanty shacks and many loose dogs and somewhat polluted with papers and wrappers, and where do those squatters and dogs use the CR (comfort room [bathroom]), there are no such thing on this beach, so you may find it in the water! People are friendly though.

Hi Boater, this sure is the beach of San Fabian. I have been there for a many times. The only thing is, I don´t go to the crowded place, where all the people go. You should go for the places that are not to easy to reach. Good luck.
