Beautiful scene Andy, me, I'm out of vacation (for the umpteenth year) at least I still have these beautiful pictures. Thank you very much and greetings from the other side of Madrid.

Hi Andy, I guess it will be a trauma after being in such a paradise on earth, I have not moved from here, near Aluche

Andy Rodker on August 30, 2012

Not a trauma, Gatoland as I know I can escape to the Guadarramas at the weekend!! :o)

Best wishes, Andy

Hello Andy. A nice specimen of industrial archeology. L4. Best wishes, Carlos.

Many thanks Carlos, and for your visit, kind comments and likes too.

There are very many of these in Cornwall, a legacy of the mining heyday of 1750 - 1870. This is one of the better known and oft-photographed due to its spectacular clifftop location.

Best wishes, Andy
