Hello Robert, we have met already in the "Live From Hong Kong" correspondence. Of course you have to know the man behind the music, so I did the world tour, travelling all the way to Arizona and Utah, going back to England via Hong Kong and Germany. It's beautiful and impressive on both sides of the ocean, but this is my favorite photo. When someone would ask me to describe rural England, then I have this picture in mind.

Kind regards, Claus

Yes, I remember it from two days ago. I just thought I'd be polite and welcome you on board along with our new visiter from Germany, Kasia. Sorry if I confused you a little.

Thanks for the world trip around my humble and somewhat dull pictures. Your choice of what represents rural England is excellent. The weather is what's misleading....usually it's grey, overcast, cold and wet. Keep in touch! Rob

Hello Rob, you're way too modest (is that correct English?) in regard to your gallery. Photo's are always telling a story, sometimes two or more at the same time. As for your analysis of the weather, I got the idea that you have taken advantage of the only sunny day to be enjoyed in a year or two:)

Cheers, Claus

Hi again Claus. I'll try to be less modest in future if you think I have a good collection of photos.

Though we get at least some sun in England, this day was highly unusual for a mid February day. The last time I saw sky as clear, crisp and blue, I was 8000' up at Bryce Canyon, Utah; not 400' in grotty, damp England. I'm glad you like it as it's a favorite of mine too. Thanks for the visit again.

Cheers, Rob
