L 1, a fine panorama.
Thanks, Kastl. Salida (which means "exit" in Spanish) was a railroad hub when they brought the trains into the Arkansas Valley in the 1870's, and it's downtown is well preserved from the 1880's and 1890's when many of its buildings were constructed. There are a lot of small shops and artists who make up the mercantile base in small Rocky Mountain town. While I live in Denver, my family's roots go back to the 1880's in this beautiful valley which is rimmed with 14,000 foot peaks (not seen in this picture). Greetings, Ryandenver.
