We had a coffee break on this island of Häradsskär, at the outer part of archipelago of Gryt.
The Häradsskär lighthouse was built in 1863, and is still in use. The lighthouse is of a model from Gustav von Heidenstam, and there are around 10 similar lighthouses along the Swedish coast. This is the second oldest of those.
This model was made so that you could easily transfer the iron parts (not so heavy) to remote islands, difficult to reach, and put the lighthouse together on the island.
