Ever been in Wilf? Beautiful spot.

It was on my 2012 to-do list. Unfortunately, my shoulder is acting up again. Paddling is OK, but getting the kayak onto the vehicle roof has become a problem. Age, I suppose.

Hopefully things allow you to get into Von Donop - a beautiful spot completely protected and with lots of trails. Wolves are prevalent, but don't tend to bother folks; we've only seen them once in Squirrel Cove.

What's wrong with your shoulder Wilf? I have a chronic problem with mine, but good pharmaceuticals are my best friend!

Merry Christmas Conrad... it's called frozen shoulder... had in my right shoulder for about 2 years... then it miraculously went away, only to pop up on the left side... about 9 months now...
