Usually means "Wadlbeisser" in the Austrian or Bavarian dialect a small, annoying, yapping dog. But this seems a sporting competition with the same name - I've googled it! After this competition you have probably the same feeling as if a dog has bitten your seine! ;-D

Greetings, Dida
