Hi Stefan. This was taken using a simple 'point and shoot' camera. The colours in the building behind the wheel changed from white through purple and all the various colours. I would have liked to have taken this shot with a little light in the sky, but it just didn't happen. The lights in the wheel are slightly overexposed to show the lights in the building.
